Which file formats are supported?
STL, OBJ and USDZ for viewing and analysis. You can convert and export to STEP, OBJ, STL and PLY.
Are my models uploaded?
According to the app description, analysis, measuring and the format converter run locally on the device without a server. See the Privacy Policy for more.
What does the app cost?
The app is free. The first 3 paid actions are free; after that there is a 5-pack or a Pro yearly subscription with unlimited use. Current prices are shown by the App Store.
How do I restore a purchase?
Open the purchase options in the app and choose “Restore Purchases”. Your Apple Account is required.
How do I cancel the subscription?
In your Apple Account settings under “Subscriptions”. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple. Request refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Why do I see ads, and how do I change my tracking choice?
The free app is financed by advertising. You can change your choice in iOS Settings under Privacy & Security › Tracking.
Which languages are available?
German, English, Spanish, French and Arabic.
Is there an Android version?
An Android version is in preparation; there is no release date yet.
