1. Scope

Use of the app is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement for licensed apps (Apple Standard EULA). These supplementary notes do not replace it.

2. Features

The app provides functions for viewing, measuring, analysing, repairing and converting 3D models. The viewer and analysis functions are free; certain actions follow a pricing model with three free actions, then a pack or yearly subscription.

3. Purchases and subscriptions

Paid additional features, packs and subscriptions are handled through the App Store; prices, terms and cancellation options are shown by the App Store before purchase. Purchases can be restored in the app. Payment, refunds and Family Sharing follow Apple’s terms.

4. Advertising

Free use is financed by advertising (see Privacy Policy). Advertisers are responsible for their content and offers.

5. Your content

You remain the owner of the rights to your models, scans and files. You are responsible for being entitled to process them and for respecting the rights of third parties.

6. Results

Measurements, weight and volume values and repairs are computed approximations and depend on the quality of the model. Verify results independently before using them for manufacturing, acceptance or safety-relevant decisions.

7. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. For simple negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual duties and limited to foreseeable, typical damage. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

8. Changes

We may develop, change or discontinue features where this is reasonable for you.
